Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Delivery times

  • Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery: once dispatched, delivery takes 6–8 working days.

Your estimated delivery date is shown on every product page and in your basket before you pay. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we send you an email with your tracking details. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track my order page.

Delays and lost parcels

Carrier delays can occasionally occur during peak periods or for reasons outside our control. If your parcel has not arrived within 12 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible: we can update the address before your order is dispatched.
