14 days to change your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, by telling us at contact@elbury.co.uk. This applies to every item, including items bought at a reduced price. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Condition of returned items

To be accepted, items must be unworn, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Please try items on indoors, on a clean surface. Items that show signs of wear or damage may have their refund reduced to reflect the loss in value.

The item must be sent back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, to our international logistics warehouse:

How to return an item

So that your return is received correctly:

  • Choose a shipping service with a tracking number.
  • Select the DDP option (customs duties and taxes paid by the sender). A parcel with customs charges left for the recipient to pay cannot be accepted by the warehouse.
  • Write "returned goods" on the customs declaration.
  • Send us the tracking number at contact@elbury.co.uk as soon as the parcel is on its way.

A parcel blocked or refused because of a shipping error (DDP option not selected, incomplete declaration) cannot be processed.

Return costs

Return costs, including any customs duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases, where Elbury covers them in full:

  • Item faulty or damaged on arrival
  • Error in preparing your order (wrong item or wrong size sent)
  • Item not as described

In these cases, contact us with a photo of the item: we will offer you a replacement or a refund, usually without a return being needed. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will email you to confirm. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item, or of you providing proof of return, whichever is sooner. UK delivery is free on every order, so there is no delivery charge to refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need. Unsure about sizing? Write to us before ordering: a member of our team will reply.
