Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days, then delivered in 6–8 working days. Your estimated delivery date is shown on every product page and in your basket before you pay.

Yes. UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Once your order is dispatched we email you its tracking details. You can also follow your parcel on our Track my order page.

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn pair in its original condition and packaging. Email us your order number and we send you the return steps.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, we cover the return.

Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item, or of you providing proof of return, whichever is sooner.

All our shoes use EU sizes, with the UK equivalent shown under every size. Measure your foot in centimetres and use our size guide.

Our moccasins have a close, snug fit and soften after a few wears. If you are between two sizes, have wide feet or plan to wear thicker socks, choose the next size up.

They fit close to the foot. Measure your foot, allow 0–1 cm of room and match the result to our size guide.

Every product page describes the upper and its finish in the Materials & composition section. Synthetic uppers are always called synthetic.

Smooth and patent finishes: wipe with a soft damp cloth and let dry naturally away from heat. Suede: brush gently with a suede brush and protect with a suede spray.
