Shipping

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

  • Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery: once dispatched, delivery takes 6–8 working days.

Your estimated delivery date is shown on every product page and in your basket before you pay. When your order is dispatched, we email you its tracking details.

Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. The unworn item must then be sent back within 14 days of telling us, in its original condition and packaging, to our international logistics warehouse:

So that your return is received correctly:

  1. Choose a shipping service with a tracking number.
  2. Select the DDP option (customs duties and taxes paid by the sender). A parcel with customs charges left for the recipient to pay cannot be accepted by the warehouse.
  3. Write "returned goods" on the customs declaration.
  4. Send us the tracking number at contact@elbury.co.uk as soon as the parcel is on its way.

A parcel blocked or refused because of a shipping error (DDP option not selected, incomplete declaration) cannot be processed.

Return costs, including any customs duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer, except when an item is faulty or damaged on arrival, sent in error (wrong item or wrong size) or not as described. In these cases Elbury covers them in full: contact us with a photo of the item and we will offer a replacement or a refund, usually without a return being needed.

Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item, or of you providing proof of return, whichever is sooner.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.
